整個暑期以來似乎是第一天可以整天在hea?﹗

想call Howard看工商盃,才驚覺他去了路營.

約好了Yhon & Simon去打逼球,沒想到他們要去游泳.

也好,在家看看買來的廿本書...暢銷書100法...草日三本...還有很多很多...

一看書...看幾分鐘就自然會停下來...想一些未來呀人生呀之類的問題...想很久才再看...看一會又想...@.@

那就是家中有幾十本書未看完的原因啦...

新的想法是︰住flat的話,要不要以單車代步?

要不要去練箭?

天啊...

我想,九型人格中,

我其實不是observer,

應該是questioner才對...

Tom Boonen has won the final stage of the 2004 Tour de France. It seems that he's beaten Nazon, McEwen and Hondo in the 20th stage. (We await confirmation of the final results.)

17 H 43 - Armstrong Creates History!
Lance Armstrong has finished the stage in the middle of the peloton. The American has just created history by becoming the first rider to win the Tour de France six times.

Tom Boonen has won his second Tour de France stage. The top 10 of the final stage of the 2004 race is:

The average speed for the 3,391.1km 2004 Tour de France is 40.553km/h. This is the second fastest in the 91 year history of the race. The fastest is the 2003 event (at 40.940km/h).

17 H 56 - The Final Top 10 Overall
Lance Armstrong has confirmed his place in history as the first rider to win the Tour de France six times. The final top 10 in the 2004 Tour is:

17 H 12 - Slight Rise In Final Kilometer
Armstrong, Landis, Ullrich, Kloden and Basso are now 2km from the finish. They are still descending. The final kilometer rises from 950m to 1,000m above sea level.

17 H 14 - Kloden Lead By 75m
Kloden has an impressive lead on Landis, Armstrong, Ullrich and Basso. There are 500m to go and it looks like the German champion will win the 17th stage...

17 H 15 - Lance Wins Again!
Lance has chased down Kloden and won the stage! The yellow jersey caught the German champion in the final 25m to win his 4th stage this year.

17 H 17 - Armstrong The Unstoppable...
It doesn't matter if it's a climb, a time trial or a sprint, Lance is unstoppable this year. He has just taken the lead away from Kloden in the closing 25 meter of the 204.5km 17th stage.
We await confirmation of the minor places but it seems that Ullrich was third, Basso fourth and Landis fifth.

Lance Armstrong has caught his two-minute man, Ivan Basso. The American and the Italian are currently riding side-by-side but surely it's only a matter of time before Armstrong leaves Basso in his wake.


17 H 34 - Armstrong About To Claim His Hat-Trick This Year
Lance Armstrong is about to win his third stage of the 2004 Tour de France. He has just a bit more than 1km to race in the 16th stage. It will be his second victory at L'Alpe d'Huez, his first in the yellow jersey.

17 H 37 - Armstrong In Final Kilometer
Lance is still spinning an in impressive cadence. He is in the final kilometer of the 16th stage. He is still riding in the saddle, but as he takes the final turn we can expect to see him rise to ensure the maximum gain on his rivals.
The Texan is going to win the stage by a country mile!

17 H 38 - Armstrong Wins The Stage!
Lance Armstrong is the only rider to finish the stage in less than 40 minutes. His final time was 39'41.27 (an average speed of 23.44km/h). This is his 21st stage victory in the Tour de France.

一早起來充當導遊為內地交流同學介紹一下HKU.

11 H 19 - Zubeldia Abandons
The rider who finished 5th overall in the 2003 Tour de France, Haimar Zubeldia, has just stepped off his bike. He has abandoned his second Tour. He was 60th overall after 12 stages.

11 H 30 - Menchov Abandons
The winner of the Best Young Rider jersey in the 2003 Tour, Denis Menchov (IBB) has just abandoned the race. He has a knee injury. The Russian was 7th in the 12th stage and 30th overall at the start of today.

13 H 04 - Tyler Hamilton Has Abandoned The Tour!
The rider who finished 4th in the 2003 Tour de France, Tyler Hamilton, has abandoned the race at the 84th kilometer mark.

13 H 09 - Hamilton Was 20th Overall At Start Of Stage
Tyler Hamilton was 20th overall after 12 stages of the 2004 Tour de France. He is now out of the race. He has been very upset for the past two days after his dog, Tugboat, was put to sleep after being diagnosed with cancer.
The director of his Phonak team has explained that the reason for Hamilton's retirement is because of severe back pain.

14 H 59 - Dismal Display From Mayo
Iban Mayo is behing helped by three team-mates well behind the peloton. There were sympathetic gestures from riders from other teams including Cancellara of the Fassa Bortolo team. Garcia-Acosta actually tried to push Mayo for a little while. It's a sad sight for fans of the Basque climber who finished 6th in last year's Tour.

There are now just three riders in the lead of the stage. They are: Lance, Ivan Basso and Jose Azevedo.

Race radio has announced that one of the riders caught in the latest accident was Lance Armstrong. He is apparently back on his bike now but we await further confirmation of the riders involved in the crash.

The two big favourites for the overall title, Jan Ullrich and Lance Armstrong finished in 26th and 34th place, respectively. Ullrich was 10" behind the stage winner; Armstrong was 25" back.

17 H 44 - No Time Delays For Bunch
All the riders have been given the same time as the stage winner. Please disregard a previous flash which stated that Armstrong lost time to Ullrich.
According to the rules of the sport, if a crash occurs in the final kilometer those held up by the incident will get the same time as the stage winner.

17 H 55 - Overall Top 10 After Stage Six
Thomas Voeckler finished the stage in 128th place and lost a little bit of his lead to Stuart O'Grady who earned a 12" time bonus for his second place in the stage. But the Frenchman retains the overall lead. The top 10 is as follows:

The US Postal team have ridden the 64.5km course at an aveage speed of 53.71km/h! It's the third fastest team time trial ever ridden in the Tour. They won the stage by 1'07". Lance Armstrong is the new overall leader of the Tour de France.

If not the rule changes...he would have a bigger lead...

19 H 14 - Armstrong At The Finish...
At the end of the 6.1km course, Armstrong has finished with a time of 6'52'58". He is second today. The yellow jersey will be worn by Cancellara tomorrow!

19 H 05 - Armstrong Won't Start In Yellow...
Despite it being a tradition for the defending champion to start the prologue in the yellow jersey, Lance Armstrong has stated that it's his intention to race today's time trial in the US Postal Service colors. His justification is that he believes the yellow jersey is something you must earn.

o well...though cannot get the yellow jersey...holding a 15" margin over Jan is not bad anyway...

o! and tomorrow he wears the green jersey (sprint leader) for the guy who wears the yellow jersey, that he needa wear the yellow jersey!
